Trac is pretty cool, but it's really only designed to manage one
project at a time. There are extensions / hacks to bolt on some of
this functionality but IMHO it's not really a comprehensive solution.

We've just adopted Redmine and are very happy. It does pretty much
everything Trac does but is multi-project from the ground up and also
has some nice additional features like forums.

I really recommend checking it out.
