It's not such a post thing, but we're working on a project where we're going to have to do some live logging.

We've found this (http://www.softronmedia.com/products/accessory/ontheair_logger.html) but the thing is it's not quite suitable for our needs (read: doesn't work).

Is there anything out there which we can use in a similar fashion to this which will allow us to actually log FCP compatible XML while you're recording? We'd like to use something like this (http://www.softronmedia.com/products/ingest/movierecorder.html) to record to multiple locations and log too. Doesn't have to be on the same Mac, but has to actually function!
