Avid on PC issue

I have Avid v 3.5.9  running on PC with Vista business x64, 4 Gbs of RAM.
I get the BSOD at least 12 times a day mostly with the following error message "A clock interrupt was not received from a secondary processor within the allocated time interval"
 
I am looking for a technician located in the Toronto area who can diagnose and fix the problem.

If you have Hyperthreading enabled (system BIOS), turn it off.
 
Avid does not support it.
