Found this on the Blackberry support site:
<![if !supportLists]>1. <![endif]>In the BlackBerry® Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand Policy.
<![if !supportLists]>2. <![endif]>Click Manage IT policies.
<![if !supportLists]>3. <![endif]>In the IT policy information section, click the IT policy.
<![if !supportLists]>4. <![endif]>Click Edit IT policy.
<![if !supportLists]>5. <![endif]>On a tab for an IT policy group, change the appropriate values for the IT policy rules.
<![if !supportLists]>6. <![endif]>Click Save all.
