Our award-winning, and internationally renowned Toronto animated entertainment company, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team of IT specialists. This position reports to the Desktop Support Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Desktop support 90% Windows Desktop / Laptop, 10% Mac
  • Installation and Maintenance of computer systems and software
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues
  • Maintain an asset tracking database
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within Harmony and Maya pipelines
  • Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years experience in Desktop Support
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a studio environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Storage Systems, Security and IT Best Practices
  • Strong communication skills
