Post Sales: This is where the fun begins for the right individual. This position will be responsible for the implementation of the solutions your Sales and Pre-Sales colleague have sold. You will have:

1. Good working technical skills and an understanding of Apple products, hardware and software
2. Experience with Storage solutions Apple, Isilon and/or other will be beneficial
3. Apple certifications, at a minimum the ACSP 10.6 or the relevant experience that will help you pass these certification quickly
4. Knowledge of production pipelines especially around editing (Final Cut) and finishing products such as Autodesk’s Smoke
5. Having knowledge of the other Autodesk Media & Entertainment software would help but not essential
6. Understand video, audio and sync
7. Have worked in the industry (DEC) would be an enormous plus for you.
8. Working knowledge and have implemented hardware, software, storage, archiving and networks especially in Apple and mixed environments.
